NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
The Woodruff J1 School District invites offerors to submit proposals to furnish the following: A Food Service Management Company, Cost Reimbursable Contract with a Shared Food Service Director. The following SFAs (Woodruff J1 School District & Minocqua J1 School District) will be sharing the cost of salaries and benefits of a Food Service Director, but issuing individual RFPs and awarding their own FSMC contracts.
The duration of the contract will be July 1, 2022 – June 30, 2023 with the option to renew for up to 4 one-year terms. The Woodruff J1 School District is a single location school.
Proposals must be received by the Woodruff J1 School District’s Finance Director at 11065 Old Hwy 51N, Arbor Vitae, WI, 54568 up until April 20, 2022 by 1:00 PM CST, at which time and place proposals received will be logged for evaluation. Late proposals will not be accepted.
Requesting a Copy of RFP
Only those organizations who request a copy of the RFP will receive a copy. To obtain a copy of the RFP send a written request to Gina Kolzow at 11065 Old Hwy51N, Arbor Vitae, WI 54568. To request an electronic copy, send an email to Gina Kolzow at gina.kolzow@avwschool.org or visit www.avwschool.org and select “District” and “Request for Proposal” (preferred method due to size of documents).
Required Attendance at Pre-Proposal Meeting
Organizations who intend to submit proposals are encouraged to attend the pre-proposal meeting on Tuesday, April 5th, at 10:30 AM CST at the Woodruff J1 School District, 11065 Old Hwy 51N, Arbor Vitae, WI 54568. Only those organizations that submit a responsive proposal and attend the pre-proposal meeting will be considered in the evaluation.
